How It Works

Properties are placed into Series LLCs (Wyoming/Delaware), tokenized as NFTs (ERC-721), and fractionalized via ERC-1155/20 tokens. These tokens are tradable globally and grant real ownership rights. Investors can earn yield, stake tokens, or redeem usage rights through time tokens.
