Propex is a Web3 operating system designed to unlock market liquidity through the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), leveraging stablecoins and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. While our initial use case is real estate in Southeast Asia, our broader mission is to onboard all asset classes onto the blockchain, creating a foundation for the tokenization of everything. By using smart contracts, decentralized governance, and regulatory innovation, Propex aims to democratize access to value, enhance asset liquidity, and catalyze the next wave of user adoption in Web3.

In an era where inflation erodes the value of fiat and global investors seek real stores of value, tokenizing tangible, cash-flow-generating assets represents the most pragmatic bridge between traditional wealth and the decentralized future. As we wrote in our Real Estate 3.0 blog, “Digital ownership will become the default, and blockchain the ledger of trust.”

By recognizing blockchain and smart contracts, Wyoming and Delaware have transformed LLCs into a powerful, compliant, and legally bulletproof system for tokenizing real-world assets. They protect investors through clear governance structures, liability shields, and jurisdictional credibility—materializing the bridge between on-chain digital assets and their corresponding real-world value.

2. Market Opportunity

The convergence of real-world asset tokenization and blockchain infrastructure is opening up an addressable market worth hundreds of trillions of dollars. Real estate alone represents over $300 trillion globally, yet remains illiquid and inaccessible to most.

The adoption of stablecoins—used in over $10 trillion worth of transactions annually—has paved the way for frictionless global value exchange. By anchoring digital assets in real fundamentals rather than speculative hype, Propex creates pathways for investors to grow wealth securely, and potentially use these assets to acquire Bitcoin, the ultimate store of value.

Although our vision is global, our first targeted market will be the circa $2Bn Bali region, with focus on leasehold (access to economic usage), 77% of the sales contracts as their transfer requires no land registry update but only notarization.
